This is the first renovation project we've done. A studio of 25 square meters on the 9th floor in the centre of Antwerp.

This is the first renovation project we've done. A studio of 25 square meters on the 9th floor in the middle of Antwerp. There were only 4 months between first contact with the client and final delivery. The renovation itself took just 4 days. Who said renovations are difficult and stressful?

A visual barrier ensures that residents can completely leave the urban bustle behind.

By separating the entrance with a functional cabinet wall, we created a visual barrier which allows the residents to keep the hustle and bustle of the city out. The partition wall offers storage space, but also contains a refrigerator, the boiler, connections for telecom and an alarm system.

The TV niche can be used for work as well as for eating by integrating a sliding table top. The compact kitchen was fully equipped with hob, combi-oven, cooker hood, dishwasher and a compact sink. The worktop is illuminated with an LED line behind the wall cabinets. The rest of the lighting was fitted with stylish spotlights on a system rail, so that residents can adjust the lighting as they wish. For the atmosphere, the cornices are illuminated with LED strips.
