Circular cashback

At Bao Living, we believe in sustainability and recycling. That's why we offer a circular cashback on the joinery, sanitary appliances and lighting in the SAM. This means you get a percentage of up to 30% of the purchase price back when you return these SAM components at the end of their life cycle. This allows us to reuse and recycle materials, minimizing waste and reducing environmental impact. And the best part? You enjoy a nice financial benefit!

The percentage you get back depends on the condition of the materials when they are returned. The better the condition, the higher the cashback. The exact residual value will be determined upon receipt. Note: Damaged or incomplete products may receive a lower value or be rejected.

Conditions

To qualify for circular cashback, materials must meet the following conditions:

  • Clean and free of residue: All products should be thoroughly cleaned and free of adhesive, silicone or other attachment residue.
  • Undamaged and in good condition: Materials must not have any tears, cracks or other damage. Any defects will be assessed upon return and may affect the residual value.
  • Completely and correctly disassembled: We only accept complete products. Loose parts such as hinges, shelves or faucet parts cannot be handed in separately.
  • Transportation and packaging: Materials may be packaged for transportation, but removal and recycling of packaging materials is the customer's responsibility.

Important: Bao Living reserves the right to reject products that are incomplete or not suitable for reuse. The final residual value will be determined based on the condition of the product upon return.

Do your SAM components not meet the above conditions?

Then, unfortunately, we cannot take them back through our circular cashback program. However, there are other ways to give your items a second life. For example, have you considered donating them to a thrift store?

This way you reduce your carbon footprint and make someone else happy. You can bring it yourself or have it picked up for free at your home via the following link.
