For this project, we have the pleasure of working with Limburg-based developer Kaztaar. With more than 2 decades of experience, they stand out for their dedication to sustainable and circular construction. Moreover, they are known for their ability to create homes that are not only special and unique, but also offer a true sense of home. In this project, an old fire station is being converted into 9 hip studios and 3 duplex apartments at the top of the building. We will have the opportunity to give these spaces a contemporary and modern look, while making a commitment to minimize environmental impact. This challenge fits perfectly within SAM's capabilities.

By implementing our Smart Adaptable Module, we will again realize up to 20% additional living space. This by cleverly integrating the various technologies in our furniture elements and implementing innovative elements such as the folding bed module and an integrated sink solution in the bathroom.

This collaboration with Kaztaar allows us to proudly demonstrate the positive impact SAM can have on this type of housing. The design, created in close collaboration, not only embodies the flexibility and innovation possible in compact living spaces, but also confirms that SAM fits seamlessly with Kaztaar's vision.
