At SAM, furniture is just the beginning. We take prefabrication to the next level by incorporating even your complete arsenal of technology. Curious about exactly how this works? Read on quickly!
Heating & ventilation
The heating pipes and ventilation ducts are neatly tucked away and run through the cornice around the module to the units.
Water
The plumbing and drainage systems for the sanitary facilities are integrated in SAM. Thanks to the smart design, you don't see the pipes but they are easily accessible for maintenance.
Electricity
The main electrical service panel is perfectly concealed in SAM. Through this point, all devices and lighting are supplied with power. Most switches are located on the module, but additional (wireless) switches can also be installed elsewhere.
Meet SAM
SAM is a new revolutionary method of providing all utilities in an apartment, starting from a central shaft.
Heating, water, electricity, ventilation, communication, it's all in one SAM. The equipment, pipes and wires as well as the outputs.

Ventilation
For ventilation, you can choose between a system C or D. Together we will look for the optimal setup for your living space. Central ventilation systems are also possible.
Heating
The heating system can be fully integrated into SAM. For this we use convectors. Other types of heat emission are also possible.
Now you know what different cabinets we have in our library and how we integrate the utilities. Are you also curious about how the process of your future SAM would go?
