We are delighted to present our second project in collaboration with the well-known Brussels developer Urbicoon! After the success of the 20 SAM studios we implemented together last year on Avenue Cortenbergh, this year we are eagerly taking up the challenge again to create the most efficient and sustainable home using our Smart Adaptable Module (SAM). This time we are transforming an empty space into an elegant studio, located in the heart of Brussels.

This project allows us to implement our latest and most innovative space saving modules. For example, we will cleverly integrate an integrated desk module and a module with built-in washer and dryer to create additional living space. In addition to optimizing available space, this design also provides increased comfort and functionality for the future resident(s).

The choice of our Smart Adaptable Module not only optimizes the available living space, but also facilitates an environment that is more comfortable and versatile for daily living. Together with Urbicoon, we are already looking forward with great pleasure to successfully realize this project as well, thus taking another step in the right direction of more sustainable and efficient homes!
