Studio renovation with ION in the heart of Brussels
Together with ION Residential Platform, we renovated 36 residential units in the center of Brussels, including 32 studios and 4 duplexes. All units were rented out before completion and the SAMs were installed within a total of 75 days, also saving 76 tons of CO₂.
New construction apartments with Hestia in Mol
In a new construction project of Hestia in Mol, we equipped 6 of the 24 apartments with SAM. The compact one- and two-bedroom homes were optimized for rental value and energy efficiency. Thanks to SAM, we realized an 8% higher return and all units were rented out within just two hours of listing!
New construction studio with Urbicoon in European neighborhood
In collaboration with Urbicoon, we equipped compact studios in a new construction project with SAM. Thanks to clever integration of technical systems and furniture, we realized 18.5% additional living space. The result? 10% higher rental income and full rental even before completion.
