For this project, we partnered with EMS Projects, specialists in small-scale, timeless real estate projects with a focus on aesthetics; a perfect match for SAM. This 39.5 m² studio will be transformed into a fresh, contemporary space with an open-plan layout that creates a pleasant loft atmosphere. Thanks to SAM, which offers maximum flexibility in the open space, a smooth transition between the bedroom and bathroom is created without dividing walls. Our space-saving modules and smart storage systems perfectly fit the loft concept and offer a spacious living experience in this compact space.

In this studio, we are once again implementing our new circular SAM bathroom, a development we are particularly proud of at Bao Living. Here, sanitary appliances that have reached the end of their first life cycle are given a second life. This circular approach fits perfectly with our mission to use the materials in SAM as sustainably as possible. A second novelty in this project is the use of our modular partition between bedroom and living space. This application seamlessly integrates into the space, the design of SAM and contributes to the flexibility and openness of the studio.

Together with EMS Projects, we lifted this small-scale but highly functional home to a level where sustainability is also central. The result is a studio that exudes a modern, circular and timeless character, perfectly fitting the ethos of both EMS Projects and Bao Living.
