The first SAM for commercial property!
In the iconic Antwerp residential area of Den Dam, we realized the first SAM in a store.
For some time now, a new wind has been blowing through the Den Dam residential district in Antwerp. Koning Noord, a building with a cheeky edge, an urban jungle and large glittering windows, has recently been erected in the heart of the district. The unpolished and obstinate character of this new residential tower refers to the legendary past of this neighbourhood as an abattoir district. The design was done by the Antwerp architectural firm META, recently chosen as the architects of the new congress building in Bruges.
With limited HVAC facilities but extra attention to acoustics and aesthetics, this SAM will be the perfect heart of this beautiful new retail space.
On the ground floor of King North, a commercial trade space is provided. In the spring of 2022, the first SAM specifically designed for commercial properties was realized.
