Episode #30: Dennis Vangeneugden

March 14, 2024

For episode 30 of the Bao Podcast, we invited Dennis Vangeneugden. Kepler is a new player in the housing market introducing a new housing standard in technology and energy. With an energy level of -15, KEPLER homes are extremely energy efficient and save consumers up to €3,000 per year on energy. Kepler homes are built in a wood-frame workshop and delivered to site 48 days after the project starts. With this innovative idea, they managed to turn an immediate consolidated turnover of €21.5 million in their first year.

The honest answer to why we can scale up so quickly is because with us there is no choice. We do everything vertically integrated: we buy the land, build the house and do the development ourselves. The customer cannot choose tiles, kitchen or bathroom. Our construction process is always the same.
